Welcome! This blog was made to showcase the wonderful bunnies that I used to foster with my boyfriend Jack in Leeds. Now we have our own bunnies to look after; Bonnie and Winnie, so the blog will be about them and other bunny related stuff.

Big News - Bonnie and Winnie

So it's been a very long time since my last post, mainly because we have been completely bunnyless.
However yesterday we adopted two beautiful girls, Bonnie and Winnie. Yes, this does mean we are no longer fostering, so I probably need to change the name of this blog! I'm still very much interested in rabbit welfare though, so I will be looking for other ways to help out rabbit rescue centres.

The girls are both about a year old. They were bought when young at Pets at Home; their owner recently had to move to a care home so took them back, and this is where we adopted them from.
They're a bit humpy with each other at the moment which isn't completely surprising as they are not spayed yet (they will be ASAP!) plus they have new territory!

We took the plunge and adopted them because they were showing the behaviours that we would want in a pair of bunnies! Binkying, chilling out, friendly, pee all in one corner, eating their hay, super cute! They are perfect for us. We are happy to say that they seem to have settled into their new home quickly and are already chilling out.

So, here they are! Bonnie is the white bun with black eyes. Winnie is freckly brown. You may notice their dewlaps; we reckon this is due to still being 'in tact' and they could also be a bit podgy!
