Welcome! This blog was made to showcase the wonderful bunnies that I used to foster with my boyfriend Jack in Leeds. Now we have our own bunnies to look after; Bonnie and Winnie, so the blog will be about them and other bunny related stuff.

A week too late...

The past week has been so hectic so I am very late with this much needed update!
Last Thursday we finished Uni (woo) but Mr and Mrs Mouse also went to some new foster parents (boo). I miss them so much. Being bunnyless is horrible. I do hope they get adopted soon as they are absolutely amazing bunnies.

Some good news; Bertie has been reserved yayyyy! I hope he gets lots of cuddles in his new home as he loves them!

Here are our last moments with Mr and Mrs Mouse.

2000 Views!

The blog has reached the next milestone of 2000 views! I'm not sure exactly how many of those are from my other half but a huge thanks to everyone who follows it.

This week is our last of fostering for a while, as soon we will be moving and starting new jobs and finding a new home. The plan is to start fostering again for another rescue. Hopefully it won't take too long to get this sorted as a life without bunnies is no life at all!!

Mr and Mouse have been great foster bunnies. They are so lovely and have helped to relieve the stress of the final month or so of our masters degrees! Only 3 days to go and uni will be over!!

I'm really going to miss giving Mrs Mouse head rubs, and trimming Mr Mouses hair (it's great fun and a nice challenge)!

Bunny Push-ups

It looks like Mrs Mouse wants to join Jack and I with our new fitness routine; I caught her doing some push-ups!!

The other thing I found funny this week are these snaps I got of the Mouses eating broccoli. Mr Mouse is being all dainty eating and Mrs Mouse is clearly stuffing her face as quickly as possible in the background! She must need the energy quickly after that work out!

Mr. & Mrs. Mouse photo dump

Just a quick Mouse update with some pictures. As always they're super cute and Mrs. Mouse is constantly demanding headrubs! I gave Mr Mouse and hair cut the other day so now he has a little mullet!! The rest of his hair is getting really long too so we're doing loadssss of brushing. It's really calming.

Sue has been adopted!

Sue has been adopted with her brother Conrad! Plus Mel is going to her new home with another of the brothers in a few days too.

Bella has also settled in well with her new Husbun, so it's great news all around.

Don't forget that Bertie is looking for a wife, and Mr and Mrs Mouse are looking for a home together too!

New Camera, SO happy with the results!

I have been eyeing up the Canon EOS 1100D camera on Amazon for a while now. I wanted to be able to get much better photos of the bunnies and I have to say, I am sooooo impressed with it already.

It is a beginners DSLR camera, and as such was not tooooo expensive (though still a big investment). I very almost bought it 3 days ago, and then when I looked yesterday it had been reduced by £40! Glad I waited, as I managed to get a nice case and memory card too for a lower total cost than the camera would have been on it's own. At £209, I think it may be the cheapest DSLR on the market, though don't quote me on that.

So I've been messing around with it a little bit today (one day delivery woooo) and I am amazed and so glad I bought it. It's so easy to get a really nice picture of the bunnies. Bunnies move so much, but with this nearly all of the photos come up sharp. Jack and I did a test, with him waving as fast as he could, and the shot still came out pretty clear. I couldn't even see his hand properly with my own eyes!

I'm looking forward to practicing with it and hope to get some even better shots.

Here is what I have so far of our lovely buns, Mr and Mrs Mouse.
